Why Complex Cases Need a Surgeon, Not a Sales Funnel

Most implant clinics focus on volume. This practice focuses on the cases that need surgical expertise.

Your surgeon is your surgeon

Every case personally handled

Not a sales team. Not a coordinator. Dr. Chamria personally examines you, plans your treatment, performs the surgery, and manages your recovery. One surgeon throughout.

We take the cases others turn away

Advanced implantology training

Severe bone loss. Post-cancer jaws. Failed implants from other clinics. This is a surgical practice for complex cases — not a high-volume implant mill.

Fixed teeth. Fewer visits. No runaround.

Same-day fixed teeth available

Same-day protocols and 3D-planned surgery mean fewer appointments, less trauma, and faster recovery. Designed for seniors and outstation patients who can't make 12 trips.

"My job isn't to sell you implants."

Most patients who come to me have already been to 2–3 dentists. Some were told they need implants. Some were told they can't have them. Many are confused about what's actually right for their situation.

I start every case by listening. Then I look at the scans — not the price list. If implants are right, I'll explain exactly why. If they're not, I'll tell you that too.

Complex cases — severe bone loss, cancer rehabilitation, failed previous treatment — are where specialist training makes the biggest difference. That's the work I've spent my career doing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to the questions patients ask most often.

Who should consult Dr. Chirag Chamria?

Patients who need oral surgery, dental implants (including complex or zygomatic implants), same-day fixed teeth, jaw surgery, or oral cancer rehabilitation. If you have been told that you lack bone, need extensive grafting, or are not a candidate for implants elsewhere, a specialist evaluation may offer different options.

Do I need scans or reports before my first visit?

It helps to bring any existing X-rays, CT scans, or medical reports. If you don't have them, a CBCT scan can be done at the clinic as part of your consultation (included in the consultation fee of ₹1,500).

Is virtual consultation available?

Yes. Virtual consultations are available for patients who live outside Mumbai or prefer an initial discussion before visiting in person. You can share your reports and scans digitally, and receive a preliminary assessment and recommendation.

Am I a candidate for same-day fixed teeth?

Many patients with multiple missing or failing teeth are candidates. Candidacy depends on bone density, overall health, and specific clinical factors — all of which are assessed during your consultation with CBCT imaging.

What are zygomatic implants, and who needs them?

Zygomatic implants are longer implants that anchor into the cheekbone (zygoma) instead of the jawbone. They are used when the upper jaw has insufficient bone for conventional implants, avoiding the need for bone grafting. They are particularly helpful for patients who have been told implants are impossible due to bone loss.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Whether it's your first consultation or you've already been to three other clinics — we'll give you an honest assessment and a clear plan.
